THE
MAGUS
A cunning and vicious mastermind who has steadily
amassed a criminal empire that is the envy of his
rivals. The Magus's army of henchmen are highly
trained and devoutly loyal -- priest-like, even;
they would kill or die (or both) for their master.

DR.
COBB
A renowned scientist who was publicly denounced
for his illegal genetic experiments. Dr. Cobb
has gone underground, taking orders from everyday
criminals to build costumes and suits of armor
that endow them with the powers and abilities
they desire... at a steep price. If they can't
pay his fee, they can work off their debt by serving
as his indentured operative for an eighteen-month
period.

BRUTE
Dr. Cobb's henchman, the only surviving specimen
of his genetic experimentation to create a "master
race" of brutish warriors. The enormous Brute is
superhumanly powerful, virtually unstoppable, and
completely at the service of Dr. Cobb. |

BULLET
Zed Winslow was a two-bit thug who couldn't even
make a living at crime. Bested by his own stupidity
and Smash, he hired Dr. Cobb to design a suit
so that he could jump into the ranks of a supervillian.
Bullet's suit uses an electromagnetic pulse to
propel him at great speeds; the helmet protects
his head and body, allowing him to smash through
solid objects in a manner that causes great destruction
to everything but himself.
